Indian Army,Navy and Air-force have proven the world that Indian forces are not less than anyone.They survive in difficult environments in intense situations in different climatic conditions and guard our nation from the outsiders.They surely deserve a salute from all the people for outstanding deeds they did and keep on doing for sake of their motherland and in love of their nation.
I myself feel very proud to be an Indian because I get to witness these real life heroes doing amazing things without caring for their life for protecting people.They leave their families and loved ones for saving the lives of families and loved ones all around the nation,they don't get enough sleep,they don't get weekend holidays but despite of all this they fight and fight to maintain and to help in prospering dignity and integrity of our nation and the people living in it.

1. Biggest ‘voluntary’ army in the world
Indian army is the biggest ‘voluntary’ army in the world. All the serving and reserve personnel are in fact come forward to join the force. While the constitution has a provision to make forced recruitment, it has never been used.
